UK Only All orders placed before 3.30pm will be dispatched for next day delivery in the UK. We dispatch goods by a variety of methods including courier, Royal Mail and TNT Post depending on size weight and value of the goods.

Returns
If you need to return any goods please contact our Support Staff via email to report the fault before the goods are returned. support@superetrader.co.uk. Returns will not be dealt with over the phone by our Sales team.
(Quite often we can resolve the problem via email, if we need to contact you for further information we will do so.)
All returns are dealt with via email using a queue based system, emails will usually be answered within 24 hours.
All returns must be in the original boxes with all documentation for the return to be accepted. Goods returned under the 7 day distance selling regulations MUST be unopened and in the same condition as when they were despatched.
All returns must have a valid returns number generated by our Support Team via email support@superetrader.co.uk. This will speed up the returns process and avoid errors.
As described within our terms and conditions you will have a right for 7 days to withdraw from the order and return the goods, however if goods are returned outside this period then a restocking fee will be charged. Return of non-faulty used goods will not be accepted.
If a product proves faulty within 28 days of purchase, then we will deal with the problem directly. After 28 days, for items such as mobile phones you will need to contact the manufacturer. Our support department can provide you with the necessary contact details.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of returned items and any cost incurred for this are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not normally make any charge for these goods to be returned back to you unless an item returns that is not confirmed faulty. We do reserve the right to levy a handling charge in the event of the returned goods proving not to be faulty.
You are responsible for the packaging of items to ensure transit damage is eliminated and they reach us in perfect condition. Goods returned damaged in transit are not our responsibility.
Opened software will not be accepted under any circumstances. Faulty disks will normally be replaced. We will not refund software that is has been registered.
Returns Procedure
In the first instance please send an email to support@superetrader.co.uk quoting your order number and giving a description of the problem and a contact phone number. You will be contacted as soon as possible (within 24 hours) either by email or telephone. We can often resolve the problem via email so there may be no need to return the product. If the problem cannot be resolved at this stage then you will issued with a returns authorisation number (RMA) which must be marked clearly on the outside of the package when you return the goods.
It is important to have this returns number, as without it delivery can be refused. When we receive your goods they will be examined and tested as soon as possible and you will be contacted again at this point.
Goods must be returned, where appropriate, with all documentation and original packaging. Opened and/or registered software cannot be accepted. See our terms and conditions section for full details.
