The iPAQ hx4700 delivers exceptional expandability (SD & CF slots) and graphics performance with a visually stunning high-resolution VGA display for demanding enterprise users.

At first sight, you'll notice the iPAQ hx4700 unusual design. It resembles a futuristic communicator rather than a PDA. The body is made of magnesium alloy so that it is as light as plastic but more durable.�

Instead of a common joypad, this iPAQ hx4700 features a unique touchpad, the same as that used in laptop computers. It can work in two modes - either as a joypad or as a normal touchpad. The iPAQ hx4700 has two expansion slots (SDIO and CF type II), and is extremely thin - it looks gorgeous, and surprisingly small even with its giant display.
