We are a UK based company, and can take orders and deliver next working day for customers in the UK, as long as they match all our security checks. (We do reserve the right to cancel or delay an order that we think to be fraudulent or insecure.)

We can also take orders for European Countries, payments can be taken via credit card as long as customers pay using our secure checkout systems 'Verified by VISA' or 'MasterCard SecureCode'. Unfortunately in any other circumstances we CANNOT accept credit card payments from outside the UK.

If you are a member of the British Armed Forces posted overseas it may be possible, we can take orders to BFPO addresses.

We do accept orders from outside Europe, but payment must be made in advance by transferring the funds into our bank account which you may obtain by emailing our Sales Team at [email protected]. Please see details below how to place an order.Our standard overseas delivery charge for an item weighing up to 2kg is £30 (excluding VAT).

1. Register on the web site so that we have your name and delivery address.
2. Email us the details of what you are ordering to [email protected].
3. We will email you with our bank details and confirmation of the amount you need to pay.
4. Make a transfer from your bank account into ours. Use your name as a reference so that we can identify the payment as it comes into our bank account. Make sure you allow for any charges your bank may make for the transaction. The correct amount must come into our bank account in pounds sterling (GBP).
5. We will dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received and cleared.

• When the goods are being ordered from and delivered to an address outside the European Community.
• When the goods are being ordered from and delivered to an address in the Channel Islands.
• When the order is from a business within the EC which is VAT registered. In this case we must receive an official purchase order by fax (+44-870-443-8445) or email [email protected]. The VAT number must be on the purchase order as we will need to validate the number before the order can be processed.
• When the goods are being delivered to a BFPO address within the EC and we receive the correct exemption documentation. For example, we can supply goods VAT free to the Forces in Germany if we receive the completed form REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM VALUE ADDED TAX ON THE BASIS OF ARTICLE 15 (10) OF COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 77/388/CEE.
