We are a UK based company and unfortunately in most circumstances we CANNOT accept credit card payments from outside the UK. (If you are a member of the British Armed Forces posted overseas it may be possible).

We do accept orders from outside the UK but payment must be made in advance by transferring the funds into our bank account.

Our standard overseas delivery charge for an item weighing up to 2kg is £30 (excluding VAT).

VAT

VAT is payable on International Orders except :-

1. When the goods are being ordered from and delivered to an address outside the European Community.
2. When the goods are being ordered from and delivered to an address in the Channel Islands.
3. When the order is from a business within the EC which is VAT registered. In this case we must receive an official purchase order by fax (+44-870-443-8445) or email sales@superetrader.co.uk . The VAT number must be on the purchase order as we will need to validate the number before the order can be processed.
4. When the goods are being delivered to a BFPO address within the EC and we receive the correct exemption documentation. For example, we can supply goods VAT free to the Forces in Germany if we receive the completed form REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM VALUE ADDED TAX ON THE BASIS OF ARTICLE 15 (10) OF COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 77/388/CEE.

Placing an Order

1. Register on the web site so that we have your name and delivery address.
2. Email us the details of what you are ordering.
3. We will email you with our bank details and confirmation of the amount you need to pay.
4. Make a transfer from your bank account into ours. Use your name as a reference so that we can identify the payment as it comes into our bank account. Make sure you allow for any charges your bank may make for the transaction. The correct amount must come into our bank account in pounds sterling (GBP).
5. We will dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received.
